Introduction

Within health care nursing is an occupation that focuses on care of families, individuals and communities so they may attain, recover or maintain optimal quality of health and care. Nurses are known to be a plethora of professional legal and ethical duties. The nursing and medical occupation is basically bound by the code of conduct that is usually enforced by the disciplinary procedures. The chief task of a nurse is to support wellness through health education of a patient. For all health delivery quality is an integral part. The specific objective of nursing process are to formulate plan of care ,evaluate the achievement of nursing care ,to attend the patients physical and non physical needs and to support the delivery of nursing care with administrative and managerial services.

Discussion

The code of ethics for nursing were developed for carrying out the responsibilities of nursing care, these guidelines were systematic which helped in shaping ethical behavior that usually answer the questions which were normative as in what believes and values are to be morally accepted. These guides are be followed by the nursing students and nurses so that they can give the ethical treatments and make proper judgments for the patients under care (Billings & Halstead, 2009).

Ethical code and cheating in nursing

The nursing code of ethics was represented by the American nurses Associations which basically represent millions of nurses. They generate high standards for nursing, where as the ANA represents stands for the rights of nurses. This code of ethics are designed to help the nurses realize that they can perform the responsibility of nursing in a manner that is usually steady with the professional ethical obligations and quality in care of nursing.
