Introduction

The change in health behavior involves a model of Trans theoretical. This consists of a process involving six different stages which includes: contemplation, termination, preparation, precontemplation, action and last but not the least is maintenance. In order to have decisional balance, there are other processes which are happening side by side and are ten more processes. All these processes help to produce progress with different temptations and self efficacy.
