This dissertation is dedicated to my God, parents, and my friends. I could not have completed my journey without their love, support and encouragement. Throughout my journey my parents have show great support for me and they have always stood be me, and believed in me and my abilities, even at the times when I had given up hopes. But for the support and inspiration that these individuals have provided, I would not have been able to attain this goal. In all things that I do, I consider the impact it will have on them, and I appreciate their support in doing the same. Throughout the process of this dissertation, I found out that it is the desire to become successful in life, which at the end of the day makes the journey worthwhile.

I wish and express my gratitude to all my teachers and supervisors who guided me throughout my dissertation which has helped in compiling this dissertation. My teachers have provided me a lot of times in making me understand several things related to my research topic. I am thankful to all my teachers for guiding me and was always there when I needed them. This dissertation has become a learning experience for me where my teachers increased my knowledge at every stage of the thesis. This research dissertation was a very good learning experience for me as I enjoyed quality time with my friends and teachers.

Abstract

The study examines information related to the research topic that is to find out the challenges faced by the business management. The business world is changing on a continuous basis, however some of the changes can become difficult and thus these changes can go beyond the normal scope of the business management. In the present researches conducted in the business and management field; a combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods are used. The mixed approach provides researchers with objective and subjective facts where numbers are included along with the facts that provided a basis for the present study.
