Cell phones are not allowed in my school, as it bringing negative outcomes from academic point of view

I want to draw the attention of concerned authorities through the column of your newspaper about usage of cell phones in class rooms especially in my school. My school was rated among top of the school of the locality but, due to the advancement of technology, there have been several issues found with my school children. They have become addicted to cell phones, and use cell phones during their classes. Most of the students do not pay attention on their class works and, lectures delivered by teachers. They even don't respect their teachers, because cell phones make them ill mannered and take lot of their time in playing and chatting. Some students have smart phones and, they misuse this technology by posting their photos on Facebok.com, twitter, Orkut, and other social media websites. Publishing photographs and, disclosure of their personal information in their profiles attract many child predators and, these photos and data may be captured by their family enemies. I have found lots of cases this year which are due to publishing photographs on social media websites and, parents often complain about their children as they are not giving proper time to studies. These things are destroying our society and, students are not becoming good learners. They don't do their work with proper compliance and assessment and, most of the students do copy and paste from the articles through Google.com via internet and, cell phones. These things are creating habit of plagiarism in such students and, they are not becoming nation builders.
