Part A: Case Study on the need for Education

This document is based on a case study based on issues related to adult education. For this study, I selected a case in which a particular student is having difficulty reading and understanding of advanced topics for a diploma in management. He is able to read basic text. The adult learner for this case study is named James, who has enrolled himself in a Registered Training Organisation.

The need for explicit instruction for adult learners who experience learning difficulties
