1. This study groups out a Perceptual-Judgmental-Reinforcement set about to job alternative under situation of complexity and uncertainty. It investigates the assertion that job alternatives are founded on seven implicit factors: for example the exact dimensions of the occupation, the percentage of workers employed full-time, the profits, the job prospects, gender dominance in an occupation, the grade of job loss in the occupation and the predominant age assembly in the job.
