Inflation always has an adverse effect on the economy of a country, and in this case “global economic crisis: banking on Argentina” wasn't any different. The devaluation of the peso led to harmful effects on the economy especially for those people who were doing business in import and for the people doing business in export they had more business coming in as the goods looked cheaper and other countries would import more as they wouldn't have to pay much, this is a strategy which is practiced by China.
