The case study for this paper is describing the details and the history of K-5 school experience of a boy (Vaun) that have the problem of dyslexia but having the some spatial-temporal gifts. Boy was born 2 weeks before the expected birth time (Cooper et.al, 2004, p. 83). From the start, he was considered as the health and the full term bay in the eyes of doctors. People lives in the society noticed that he had milestones for his age earlier than the normal, but he face some difficulties to explain the same thing verbally. The twist in the Vaun life occurs in the age of 5 when his teacher told his mother that Vaun did not even know letters of his name. The condition of Vaun got consulted till age of 7 years. At the time of second grade of Vaun his teacher considered with the language specialist and counselor of school. Actually the greatest problem is coming due to interlinked action of dyslexia because his mother and uncle both also suffered with dyslexia. 7 years old kindergarten children shows his ability in the subject of social studies and science, but face some serious problem in the verbal communication such as reading, writing and spelling words. Teacher of Vaun observes that he had high distractibility to find direction while tries to utilize pictures when reading (Cooper et.al, 2004, p. 84). 7 years old Vaun had some awareness of phonemic and phonological. Major ability in reading was poor fluency of words and the accuracy. Vaun's started programs of consultation and remedial while studying and in later time he was assigned the Child Stud Time (CST) that comprising with counselor guidance, learning and reading specialist, speech pathologist, and the social worker whose aim is to work hard with this child (Cooper et.al, 2004, p. 85). His consultation and programming went throughout with him till the grade 5th, and his teacher implemented the various strategies, approaches and the interventional models in order to achieve desire target.

Exceptional difficulties in reading and learning are referring for dyslexia condition. This is considered that the children and adults that have the problem of dyslexia does not capable to make the proper connection between the words symbols as well as the smallest perceptible speech segment that known to be as phonemes (Fawcett & Nicolson, 1994).
