The internal and external factors that affect the wine industry include the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are available for the wine industry of the United Kingdom.

The organization is continuously growing in recognition, and employee loyalty is also increasing that enables the organization to tackle hardships.

The organization is capable of increasing its potential of sale by enhancing the establishment of international brands.

Weaknesses

The organization is continuously focusing on branding that is turning out to be a disadvantage for the organization with the lack of a global brand.

A strategy seems to be lacking which results in a lack of commitment for the wine's portfolio.

The organization is also observe to have insufficient marketing resources for its brands.

Opportunities

It has been observed that the wine market of the United Kingdom is more favorable for the private label wines.

Strong growth is accepted in the wine industry is expected, which will also increase the business opportunities for this wine marketing organization.
