The table below summarises the position of the Foundation Trust for the year ending 31 March 2009(www.cht.nhs.uk).

In the third year as a Foundation Trust Calderdale Royal Hospital reported a strong fiscal performance. The target for 2009 was to have a fiscal surplus of £1.55m. The real surplus for 2009 was £2.46m.
