Following is the list of individuals that will fill up the above-required categories for the project:

Senior User

The Senior Users in the project should comprise of the Administration team of 3. This is because of the fact that the administration team is responsible for all the work activities related to word processing and filing. Therefore, the responsibilities of the members of the administration team in this project would be to carry out word processing and filing activities, which would cover the update and sorting out of data within the old system. This is vital in order to shift all the data into the new system.

Senior Supplier

The salesman from the computer manufacturer who had negotiated the initial project with the customer, that is the social services organisation, would be an ideal person for the role of Senior Supplier, as he would understand customer needs and requirements the best.

Project Board

The Project Board will comprise of three individuals, the Chief Accountant, Director of Social Services and the SSIS Manager. The Chief Accountant will be included as a member in the Project Board because of the fact that he is responsible for all the accounting related activities of the social service organization. Therefore, being a member of the Project Board he can easily monitor the implementation of the project from an accounting perspective, along with rejecting the proposed activities and processes in the implementation of the project or ask the project team to make any changes that he or she thinks are required. Moreover, the Director of Social Services would be included in the Project Board as he leads an entire team of 6 Social Services Managers looks after the implementation process and can demand changes that might be required in the implementation process of the project so that the project yields improved results. Furthermore, the SSIS manager will be included in the project board because of the very fact that most of the mangers, along with the administration team report to the SSIS manager, which means that he is aware of all the requirements. Therefore, through his awareness of all the processes, activities and tasks of the organization he can also suggest any changes that he thinks would benefit the outcome of the project for the Social Services organization.

Project Team

The Operations Manager, Training Manager, along with the Social Services Manager would form the Project team in this project. The Training Manager will be included as part of the Project Team due to the fact that he is responsible for providing training sessions to the employees working in the organization and will provide training to the staff who will be using the system after it is successfully implemented in the Social Services ...
