In each of the five cases, the nursing implications are very important as the patients are suffering from shock. This is the reason that the nurses should ensure that they are performing their duties in the right manner and are making sure that they work according to the rules and regulations that will help them in performing their duties in a much efficient manner. Treating shocks is not an easy task (Dukakis & Tye, 2007). The nurses need to make sure that they treat the patients in a way that will help them recover from the shock and will help them get back to the normal life. This is the reason that nursing implication has a very huge impact in such cases.

Utilize the data in the preceding question to develop and prioritize a list of nursing diagnoses with three nursing interventions and one outcome criteria for each client.

When patients are in a state of shock, the nurses should perform the following actions (arranged according to priority):

Help the patient recover from the shock.

Help him calm down.

Treat the patient appropriately and in an effective manner.

Give him medicines so that he can rest.

Keep a frequent check on him.
