Introduction

The human resource management (HRM) is set of management practices with the objective of organizing and rising human resources for better organization performance.

The aim of this activity is to enhance the communication section, when preserving the company.

The human resource management can be divided two wide classes:

The administration of human resources which is related to the payroll, employment contract, employment law and other elements.

The development human resource that is skills management, career management, recruitment, training, selection, etc.

The human resources management is finally responsible for the co- production and quality management.

Being a new Head of Centre my aim is to improve the above mention factors in my organizations i.e. “THE DEN” which is art centre. The main issues the Den is facing are The human resources management can manage many areas involved in all stages of "life" of employees: the recruitment; the career management; the training; the payroll and compensation; evaluation of performance; conflict management; the social and trade union; the motivation and commitment of staff; the communication; the working conditions; and selection (distributive justice, interactive, etc) (Kossek, et al., 2003, Pp. 328).

Approaches to Human Resource Management

The most frequently approach to the management of human resources is the life cycle phases of the employment contract. This helps to address the relationship of the organization with his colleague from recruitment to leaving the business (retirement, dismissal, resignation). It must necessarily be supplemented by a collective vision through processes such as social relations and trade unions, information systems, management control social.

Human resources would have four main tasks based on the book Human Resource Champions which are:

Be the partner of the strategy on a daily basis (the HR Business Partner);

Manage and support change (through training policies, skills development);

Administer the day (pay, manage, meet legal requirements, etc.).

Be the “coach "of employees.

Strategy of human resource management of the Den is working to understand the internal environment of the organization, and requirements of basic variables which are influential; in terms of: mission, objectives, goals, and methods of administrative, organizational culture, and the requirements of the work, and others, as well in order to understand the external environment surrounded by organization, and take all the variables, its laws, and trends that affect or may affect the work of the organization and its activities. The understanding of the environment, internal and external to the organization, you can manage human resources to develop its strategy successfully and has a harmonizing large between the practices and activities human resources management, and changes and challenges that they contain internal and external environment of the organization.

The strategies of the Den will be as followed:

Organized place to work and live together and this should be dominated by an atmosphere of intimacy and affection and love; are interrelated clan, its members have the loyalty and affiliation with, and seek to achieve its objectives (Wright & Boswell, 2002, Pp. 247).
