Counselor Interview Analysis
Counseling can be defined as a relationship in which a person tries to help another to understand and solve problems he faces. A theme on the philosophy of counseling prevails throughout the Anglo-Saxon belief in the dignity and worth of the individual in recognition of his freedom to determine values and objectives and to continue lifestyle. One important finding which must be highlighted with reference to context of Vincent's interview is that family problems have a severe impact on a person's responsibilities that have been undertaken for the purpose and objective of making and taking prompt and apt ethical decisions. It is extremely important to understand the consequences that would occur in the light of ethics, since any decision taken with reference to family would immediately hamper the person against whom the decision has been taken. Family is priority, but at the same time ethics must be incorporated in any decision that is being taken (Whiston, 2008). One must keep in mind that it is with great understanding and responsibility that individuals must pave way for the purpose and objective of improving the whereabouts of how far and wide should counseling work to pave way to cater to the needs of the person.
With reference to the interview conducted with Vincent Francis, ethical responsibilities have been a core concern with reference to the field of counseling. Often he is not aware and unaware of its potential for development, counseling is also there to help him develop individuality and accentuate individuality. Theory plays an important role in the guidance, they provide us with a proper understanding of human nature, and understanding of appropriate behavior and disruptive behavior disorder and the basis, and give us the ways and methods to modify disruptive behavior and treatment, and predict the possibility of treatment. The therapist then tries to reflect the experience of their customers. It is subject to reeducate the patient in an atmosphere of understanding, trust in discovering their own values.
