The DMS concerned person should implement a system which should record the time of a concerned person working on the system and the history of the sites the person has browsed. The agency personnel who are authorised to access any of the information of the general public or the members of DMS should also be given a task to ensure that they are only accessing the data of the employees for a totally legitimate purpose of the business and they also maintain the honour of not accessing any off the record information to be accessed (Durham, et. al., 2012, pp. 245=59).

There should be system implemented on the website which should prohibit the “casual viewing” of the data of the members of the members of DMS. It should be a strict policy maintained by the authorities of the website that should strictly monitor the misuse of accessing any other information apart from the authorised task as strict breach of security methods of the members and the person accessing the information should be penalized strictly.
