The purpose of the case was the legalization child abortion. According to this law, death of unborn child should be an acceptable option for mothers if they do not want the life of the child. Wade has become increasingly prominent and notorious in the fight to protect privacy and individual rights. With this example, it is particularly important to consider the ability to protect ones individual freedoms, including the right to manage the human body as she sees fit.

If the mother does not want the birth of the child, she should be permitted to abort the unborn child according to the case. US legalized this case and empowered the women to take decisions based on their will. However, this jeopardized the human rights by threatening the life of young one.
