With the rapid changes and advancements in the health care system, there has been an increase in need of learning of new process and skills by the health care professionals. The nursing professionals are the first line responders and therefore, hold key importance in the quality of care and health delivery processes. The diversity of the brand new processes, technologies and devices has led to an increase in demand on continuous education in the nursing field. Since the introduction of modern nursing by Florence nightingale, the profession has been a subject to continuous advancements with the modernization of the technology. This increases the significance of continuous training of these nursing professionals and educating them regarding the innovations adopted in practice.

The reason behind taking the nursing department is that these professionals are currently the highly needed experts in practice, and the health care system has been going through extreme nurse shortage.
