Introduction

The study is related to Bart, who had been working for Bill for 15 years and due to the past performance Bill offered him a position of supervisor in the company. There has been some issues in the case that has affected Bart, as Bill said that he would pay the house payments of Bart that Bart has bought from Ruby and after one month Bill changed his mind and stopped the payments which has affected Bart in paying the payments.

In addition to this, another important thing in the case is that Bart instructed Albart, who is the son of Bart, not to sell the house for less than $ 225,000 as it was the amount owed on the house; however, his son put the house up for sale in for $ 175,000.

Case Brief

The case shows that Bart has faced various issues as he was inducted to Indianapolis for the position of supervisor in the company from Vero Beach Florida where he used to live. For this reason, Bart, left his house and put his house on sale and bought new house in Indianapolis from Ruby. However, he instructed Albart, to sell the house of Vero Beach Florida with minimum amount of $ 225,000, but he did not obey his father's instructions and sold the house of $ 175,000. Furthermore, Bart also found that Seven Eleven operating adjacent to his house; moreover, he also found that his boss Bill also breach his commitment that is he will pay the payments of his Bart's house in Indianapolis as after the payment of one month of the house he stopped the payments.

The reason of this statement is that the boss of Bart that is Bill broke his commitment that he made to Bart that is he will pay the monthly installments of the house to Ruby, but then he denied paying the monthly installments.
