Case

The following case study is an elaboration of information that is given prior to the diagnosis of patients, it is the patients historical stimulus and responses on a number of occasions that once collaborated and has created cause for concern over the patience current behaviour, an analysis needs to be made, and in order for the patient to receive the appropriate care, indeed if care is perhaps needed, needs to be scrutinised from general information to substantial material explaining the patients condition. In order to make a detailed analysis of the patient, we firstly need to take into account that at the tender age of 13 at, Cassie began showing signs of mental instability.

For an average teenage girl, long-term depression is not common unlike anxiety neurosis, however there's a small percentage that have excess problems for their age, sexual abuse, bullying, parental neglection, are key problems that could cause a child of that age to be clinically depressed. Although as far as we know, Cassie's mental state now at 15, had been a mature development of depression that arose due to by an argument with her mother two years prior, this is not by far an acceptable module singularly in which to condole a long-term depression. There are a number of queries that need to be raised as to how Cassiie's case can be correctly reveiwed.

The information given on Cassie's case was very general, and to raise some interesting point that needs to be taken into consideration, and of course any problems that Cassie initially started out with a rose from problems surrounding family dynamics. It is quite evident that there may have been a strain in the financial stability, we are well aware that Cassie's father was working, however there were no guidelines established him that the kind of occupation he had, and for how many hours in which he worked.

The need to know who in fact was running the household, and what part in this Cassie played. It was told that the rest of the family stayed out of her mother's way, but it needs to be known it upon whose request was this. Having an argument with her mother was also stated, however the reasons behind it were not, did it involve any other family members and if so how did it contribute to the outcome of her mother as spending most of the time segregated from the rest of the family. Did the marital conflicts commonly take place in the presence of the children, and did this involve violent outbursts, which of the two parties was the more violent parent, and how did this affect the relationship between them and the children, did the children fear them, and where they lead to conform through fear. The mother's mental history is also a cause for concern, due to the fact that it could possibly be hereditary.

Information suggests that Cassie's relationship with peer's her own age, had once been like that of an average ...
