Abstract

According to the given case, ABC and XYZ collaborated together while they both belonged to different states, State X and State Y respectively. They decided to jointly produce a new line of hydraulic equipment in the ABC's new factory in a different State Z. Further, they both agreed upon following the law of State Y in case of any dispute. Due to some wiring defect in the ABC's factory, a distortion occurred, due to which five tourists were killed in the nearby vicinity, who were citizens of State Q.
