Aims, Objectives and Goals

An English teacher may want to identify what the students want find how this want maybe fulfilled. Discrimination must be avoided and adaptive approached to problem solving, and decision making must be learned (Harrison & Killion, 2007).

Knowledge learning is a lifelong process. The teacher must have the ability to transmit ideas clearly and convincingly. The aim of the teacher must be the successful future of the student in terms of speaking, listening and communicating in English.

Strategies

Individual needs must be understood. English proficiency may vary from student to student. For this, the English teacher has to understand every individual differently. The students must be able to understand what is being taught in the class and what materials the teacher has provided them with. I encourage the students to ask any questions or confusions so that their concepts are cleared. Teachers also encourage the students to converse in English while talking to their peers and family.

Resources

Various resources maybe used like internet, books and publications for gaining knowledge on how to transmit language related knowledge to the students.
