My profession is sales manager, I have a lot of experience and owning and operating many businesses, I am working on my associate degree but I will have more success with a bachelors degree and I need some more time developing my Microsoft excel skills and PowerPoint skills.

Discuss with the higher management and figure out the current objectives and goals;

Establish profitable business associations with every customer in the specified area and particularly in a superior level with major customers where the services and products of the organization are differentiated realistically;

Provide assistance in the preparation of budgets;

Accomplish contribution levels and budgeted sales on a regular basis specifically emphasizing on the product mix, selling added value, instead of volume;

Report on every quotation that has been produced by the teams of sales administration and internal sales;

Plan and conduct customer visits which are necessitated with regard to certain issues like cash collection or quality;

Impart the essential sales support related to the group and external customers;

Keep up the image and repute of the organization by means of a professional outlook towards every aspect of the role of a project manager;

Being a sales manager, the knowledge, skills and abilities, which I lack, are that I do not have good qualities of keeping up an effective and efficient sales team. I lack the skill of preparing budgets.
