I am a Part Time operations supervisor for the sunrise ramp in Anchorage Alaska.; I have been with UPS since August of 2008. I am writing this letter to express my interest in becoming a full-time supervisor at UPS. I am drawn to the areas in our company that are leading the industry in Business Development, Marketing and Sales and Human Recourses. My qualifications for a full time management position include, 4 years as a part time supervisor the Sunrise ramp operation. My responsibilities are to ensure the safety of my employees while downloading and up loading AC while under strict time limitations. I have recently taken on additional responsibilities in the areas of Intra Alaska Small Package Sort and Feeder Aircraft. I have committed to lead by example, and to create an environment for safety as a choice. I look forward to each days challenges and admire this company for its commitment to my career development.

Prior to my supervisor position I had invested 4 months as a Part Time Air Ramp Handler, where I first cultivated my interest in the intricate process of internal airline structure and daily operations. I have attended Anoka Ramsey Community College for Business/General education 1989-1991; I have also taken other independent courses in order to develop my business acumen. I have listed them on my attached Resume. Each time I feel compelled to better my ability to take on new challenges. My purpose is to continue to furthering my education. I am currently enrolled in classes at Thomas Edison State Collage where I plan to complete a program and obtain a degree in Business Management. I am currently taking classes at Colorado Technical University where I will be receiving my associate's degree in June. I am a ...
