In order for every student to assess where he stands in the eyes of the employer, it is essential that the student should do a comprehensive self analysis on the employability skills he possesses. I am currently studying as a business graduate and for that there are certain skills that are important to possess for a business graduate to increase his employability. My self-management skills are very good in that if there is one thing that I have learnt during my studies, it is how to manage myself better and prepare myself for the world which is marked by a survival of the fittest. The best part about me is that I am very adaptable (Herzberg 1979, p. 61). I can fit in any environment very easily. For instance, certain students have a problem when they join a new college or university. They take time to adjust in the new environment but that has not been the case for me.

My team skills developed when I was working for Primark. For Primark, I was working as a Sales Assistant and Shop Floor Assistant. This entails managing all the members in the team and taking responsibility. I have also worked at the Kittchens as a call centre agent. Our motto was to provide excellent customer service and each call that we entertained, my purpose was always to solve the problems to the best of my ability so that each customer is retained and is fully satisfied with my company. I was also an active part in the process improvement that took place in my department while my two years with Kittchens. Hence, I have proven problem solving skills. I possess good communication skills and I am very presentable. I have a very professional att9itude towards work in that I know that you are not supposed to take your personal problems to work. There has to be a balance between personal and professional life (Herzberg 1979, p. 69).

I believe that as a business student who is currently enrolled in the first year of bachelors program, there can be no better time than this one to develop a career path for myself. During my studies as an undergraduate student, I will be performing a comprehensive SWOT ...
