In today's world, a person is planning everything from the cost to travel routes. Thus, the only way I can achieve not only immediate results, but long-term is through career planning. When it comes to careers, the majority somehow forgets planning and do not correct but maybe due to the fact that career seems to be something planned. Career - a process of self-realization of man through professional activities. Career begins with the planning process, rather than employment (as is commonly believed). Optimally Priest pat to planning a career in high school before they make career choices and to act in the establishment of vocational training. In most cases an understanding of the need planning occurs later - spends most important resource of careers, and life in general time. Time planned a career makes her build manageable, and the effectiveness of measured.

Career, on the contrary, in most cases if they led somewhere except for retirement, is in the wrong direction, and certainly not the shortest route. Personal, career plan is own personal GPS-navigator, based on my values and priorities, paving the way to vibrant modern life and not let me go astray and forget my main purpose and mission. Developing my career plan, I "hover sharpness" in most areas of my lives. Now I clearly and consciously prioritize and realize what a burden would be optimal in relation to my objectives. I get a chance to see life from a bird flight waive unnecessary projects, and choose from the ones proposed to be leading me to achieving the goals by leaps and bounds.

Mission

Description of the Mission is the most difficult part of the work on the when it comes to planning. Awareness of the mission is possible with splitting of a certain quantity and quality of experience. To realize the mission, this should be to start work on career goals, as mission should identify career goals. My mission statement should reflect my philosophy of life, showing why I came into this world, what I want to achieve and what is my innermost desires. Mission differs fundamentally from the goal - the mission is immeasurable, usually in a mission described by involvement in certain processes of global world, a mission in life under- attainability (as opposed to goals). As I am a business student, therefore, I want my name to be at the top in the list of most successful women.

Values

Defining my core values is a key step that determines the entire follow-up such as career plan. Working with values cannot stand vanity and superficiality. Find the possibility and spend a few days in nature, with some time analyzing my life and values. My values always determine my actions. I should remember the situations and events in which I have chosen behaviours, from the understanding of the values and the most important elements of my life.
