Career Plan

Introduction

The career of my choice is to operate own business. I have been interested in this area since I took admission at Ada S. McKinley for my graduation. My career choice of doing graduation in business and management fits my personal interest because I have always felt that I have the managing and leading skills. I can manage different aspects of conducting a business. I have the capability of facing different and unfavorable situations in a positive way. When I got interested in business and management, I decided that I would start my own business.

Required Qualifications

For now, I'm a graduate in the relevant business courses. Nowadays, I'm gaining education from an online college. This is helping me complete my education as well as having part-time jobs. The qualification required to start the business is the masters in business administration, which I'm recently doing. These qualifications would serve the base of base in my establishment of own business (Aubrey 2010, 9).

Skills

I am very good at management and communication skills. If I try, I can achieve goals through team performance. I endeavor in having a suppleness of knowing and doing many tasks at a time with individual talents possessed. I can easily work in any flexible timing of the day. I indulge myself into assured quality. I can always allocate myself at many things at the same time and do things simultaneously with equal attention required. I'm very creative. I have the proficiency to inquire key inquiries to find just the fair trading angle. I am compulsive with a balanced work-life viewpoint and very ambitious. My personal management skills have also developed. Time management and planning, motivating myself and using initiatives have helped me in improving my performance. I utilize my time effectively. My problem solving and decision-making skills have also developed and enhanced. Having completed my assignment on finance and strategy improved my ability to make decisions especially in the business world and how to solutions and how to offer a recommendation. My developed skills along with the skills that need a little polishing would help me contribute in dealing with the sensitive and important aspects of business (Martin 2002, 67).
