Introduction

Student who strive hard towards the development of their future career plan are mostly observed to accomplishing their goal as compare to those students that are not serious in thinking about their future life. In this competitive environment it is extremely important for a young graduate to adopt proactive strategies rather than preemptive, in order to conduct an in-depth analyses of their strength, weakness, and other environment to formulate appropriate future goals, and strategies to accomplish their goals. On the other hand, young graduate must try to move away from reactive thinking as this attitude does not provide individual with the opportunity of showing their potential strengths and credentials and thus limit the skies of growth.

This commentary provides and in depth analyses of my personal career plan in field of marketing in which I can completely utilize my skills and capabilities for the best interest of my company. Thus, in the initial phase I am analyzing several companies in which I am going to apply for my dream job, analyzing obstacles and probable challenges, analyzing under alternatives. In addition to this commentary will provide in-depth analysis of career planning methodology, in the field of marketing, and in other fields. Thus, next section of the report would explain the steps of my career development along with the strategies I am going to use in effective development of the plan.

Personal Analysis

Strengths

I hold vast knowledge in online marketing techniques and tools, web development. My knowledge is based on experience that I have accumulated over the course of my educational career; in addition to the expertise that I have developed through the adoption of an aggressive and passionate approach towards accounting and finance practices. This proactive interest allows me to sustain a constructive and dynamic knowledge of innovations and developments in the field of online marketing and web development. In addition, this characteristic also provides me with an edge over others in my cadre. My desire to become a online marketing manager/executive synchs perfectly with my knowledge and approach pertaining to marketing and web development. As an online marketing manager/executive, I will be able to interact with the working elements of different institutions and play a role in the management of their marketing portfolios and online presence.

Another significant strength that I harbor lies in the fact that I find satisfaction in working with teams and I have always jumped upon the opportunity of working in teams; may they be traditional or virtual. I find that two heads are better than one; particularly if there is an able head in the room to lead the others. I consider the role and relevance of team work to be a testament to the importance of adequate leadership. A team cannot possibly function well unless the vision for the team has been set out clearly.
