Cardiovascular Disease and Medical Nutrition Therapy
Abstract
The present study is about the Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). MNC is the new term for healthcare providers and dietitians. It is used for curing the CVD. While cardiovascular disease is the heart leading disease for the death. This research is conducted for knowing the reason behind MNT.

Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
Introduction
In US, cardiovascular disease is the leading disease for the death. 80% of patients with cardiovascular heart disease have four major risk factors. Those risk factors are hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes and smoking that can changes the life style of human being. For decreasing the cardiovascular disease, many of the biological and food science institutes were trained. These institutes help the patients in order to modify their diets (McCoin et. al, 2008, 233-239).
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is the new term to healthcare providers and dietitians. But soon it will be widely recognized by health care communities. American Dietetic Association described MNT as “it is the therapy which involves assessment of the nutritional patients. Those nutritional patients can be injured patient, ill patient and all disease which put patients in the severe conditions. Medical Nutrition Therapy is important for managing and preventing diabetes. Therefore, it is very important for the prevention of all level of diabetes (Bantle et. al, 2008, 61-78).
American Heart Association (AHA) has a long term commitment and goals for providing information about cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk reduction. Many activities are made by an organization for achieving their nutrition related objectives and issues. AHA made objectives and guidelines for promoting healthful dietary patterns. Saturated fats should be reduced for decreasing the fat level from the heart which in turn reduces cardiovascular disease. AHA also made the diet plan for promoting the consumption of diet rich in fruits, whole grains, vegetables, fish, lean meat or non-fat diary products etc (Horn et. al, 2008, 287-331).

Problem of the Study
The problem of the research paper is to measures the treatments of cardiovascular disease of the hearts patient through Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). This paper includes medical history of dietary patients, measurement and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
Objectives of Study
The objective of the study is to aware diabetics patients about health care providers and also different benefits of nutrition. Scientific evidence, goals and strategies are required for treatment of Cardiovascular Disease. Team effort is required for coordination between diabetics patients and MNT in order to involve patients in the decision making process. The primary objective of this study is to know about the effectiveness of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in all the cardiovascular patients who have minor or major heart problems.
Intervention
Use of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
Medical nutrition therapy plays different roles for reducing the risk of diabetes, pre-diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Diabetics risk and cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk are reduced through the promotion of healthy food choices and different physical ...
