Capital punsishment is not serving the purpose that it should serve, and instead, it is spreading more pain and terror in the society. There are posisibilities that an innocent person may be hanged because of treachery. Since, this punishment is irrevisble, therefore, there is no chances for making any amendments once the punishment has been given.

The civilized societies do not follow the trend of doing tit for tat, and therefore, this concept of capital punishment should not be there in the civilized societies.

Abstract

In this study, we try to explore the concept of “Capital Punishment” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Capital Punishment” and its relation with “justice system”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Capital Punishment” and tries to gauge its effect on “justice system.” Finally, the research describes various factors, which are responsible for “Capital Punishment,” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Capital Punishment” on “justice system.”

The capital punishment should be abolished from the justice system, as this method of punishment is flawed and do not serve the purpose it should.
