Dispatcher

Dispatcher is responsible for receiving complaints from the public concerning crimes and police emergencies. Transmit orders to the nearest police patrol units to investigate. The dispatcher manages radio, telephone or computer to receive reports of fire and medical emergencies and relay information or orders to proper officials (Flowers, 2010).
