Introduction of Foreman Consultancy

Foreman consultancy is one of the biggest consultancy firms, in terms of the size of clientele that is operating in United Kingdom to help colleges and universities in conducting their strategic planning, strategic analysis and implementation. Foreman consulting firm has helped number of new start-ups in the education sector in working their way up to become competitive college/universities through strategic thinking and planning. We have number of college and universities within our clientele who have successfully embarked on international ventures by starting their international branches in Middle Eastern countries, mainly In Dubai, Cairo and Abu Dhabi. Foreman Consultancy Inc. remained with them on board, from the inception to the conclusion of their projects. Last year we fortunately came into contact with an Australian based Adult education institute, Victoria College that was looking to open its branch in New Delhi, India. Victoria College was interested to embark on this project due to a large number of students from India that was applying to the college to seek higher education. To make the education convenient for them, Victoria College decided to open its branch there initially and then another branch in Mumbai that will offer the same quality of education as Victoria College in Melbourne, Australia is offering. We passionately took up this project as we knew how much potential is there in the education sector, especially higher education sector in India. India is also called the biggest Democracy in the world, due to its size of the population which is second largest in the world, followed by China. There is considerably big middle and upper class in India and Indian parents always want their children to receive the quality education, that's why a good number of them send their children abroad for higher education. India is definitely one of the biggest markets in terms of growth in education sector globally. Through strategic thinking and analysis, we took into account all the economic, cultural and political factors that are in force in India and designed a strategy for Victoria College which gave them direction on every turn in their journey to become one of the best colleges in terms of quality education in India. Our team of expert with its large experience in the field designed a strategy for Victoria College that proved to be highly successful for them in India. We are still on board with Victoria College and help them to refine their strategy by bringing about quality in all the areas, be it curriculum, technology or teachers training and development.

It came into our knowledge that ABCD is looking to offer some of its courses in India. During our research for developing strategic plan for Victoria College, we learned that over 80,000 every year travels to UK to pursue internationally recognized degrees in their areas of interest.
