This paper analyzes the Rotana Beach hotel which is situated in the Abu Dhabi. The marketing tools such like SWOT analysis, BCG matrix and Ansoff Matrix are used in this paper to analyze the Rotana Beach Hotel. Rotana Hotel Management was established in 1992. It is established by the Mr. Selim El Zyr and Nasser Al Nowais initially and after three years Mr. Imad Elias and Mr. Nael Hashweh joined them. Rotana Beach Abu Dhabi was established in 1993.
It is one of the leading hotels of the United Arab Emirates. Rotana Beach core values lie in its high quality services. The vision of the Rotana Beach is to become the leading hospitality hotel which provides services of world class standards to its guest.
