Creative Grafix specializes in large-format printing applications such as vehicle wraps, outdoor banners, posters, and tradeshow graphics. The name of this online graphic and printing business will be “Creative Grafix”. The Creative Grafix is a new graphics company that will provide Other business with graphics and printing services. The company will be located in London, UK and it will function from a downtown office. The Creative Grafix will be an online supplier of graphic and printing. Creative Grafix is a new business proposed by us. We work to be an established printing company in London, UK, but wishes to open a larger-format printing company in the underserved market of the area. In addition to large-format printing, Creative Grafix will offer ancillary services such as basic layout/graphic design, packaging/shipping, and installation. Our plan will be implemented in four major phases. First, we will study Creative Grafix's telecommuting options. Second, we will design a local area network (LAN) that will allow selected employees to telecommute from a home office. Third, we will train Creative Grafix's employees in telecommuting basics. And finally, we will assess the success of the telecommuting program after it has been implemented.
