The business plan aimed to identify the three main segments for the new business. These segments are as follows: Marketing, Organizational & Financial. The ABC Nurse house is exploring the business opportunities and is on the way of exploring and expensing the business till it earns customer acceptance.

Management Structure

The new business needs strong management structure in order to develop a management system. The company is of the view to develop a line of authority and is of the view to develop a flexible structure. The flexible structure is designed in such a manner that the authority would be delegated among the organization. The company, being small in nature, requires a simple organizational structure. Implementation of this organizational form calls for the owner, to make all of the major management decisions in addition to monitoring all other business activities.

The management has defined proper departments like: Marketing, Finance and Human Resource the segregation in the department are being made in order to flatten the management structure.

Organizational Culture

The organizational culture is a mixture of its policies and it gives a way towards sublime success.
