Heart Foundation is a charitable organisation, working on a vision to create a world where not a single person would die by heart disease. The organisation will be founded by a group of medical and healthcare professionals to fund additional research into the diagnosis, treatment, causes, and prevention of circulatory and heart disease. The organisation will be run by a board of trustees who will voluntarily spend their time in the organisational activities to turn the vision on the reality. The aim of the company is to prevent the serious death cause, which is the heart and circulatory diseases. It is pertinent to discuss the financial implications of the company so that it healthcare managers could easily assess the amount they will require, and methods to obtain that amount. On the other hand, the paper will also carry out a market analysis for the company, so that the company can achieve its objectives.
