Ballarat wine is a big conglomerate business in Victoria, Australia.

From our vineyards in Hunter Valley in New South Wales and Ballarat in Victoria the business makes a broad selection of table wine, sparkling and fortified wine. Our wine makers are established in our vineyards. We continue to invest in study and Development located in Ballarat.

Economic

India has evolved as one of the world's biggest economies with a development rate that since 1980 ranks amongst the largest in the world (Stylus 2004). India's GDP in periods of purchasing power is already the fourth largest in the world (Cdedse.org 2005). Liberalizing foreign principles have unleashed the entrepreneurial essence of its persons and numerous multi-national firms have set up offices there. Study shows (Press issue 2002) that the Indian government simplified the tariff, eradicated quantitative restrictions on trades and decreasing export obstacles for all kinds of alcohol-dependent products. These financial components are beneficial to our wine enterprise because the cost of doing business in India is simplified and thus it is relatively cheap.

Factors such as high oil charges, poor infrastructure in terms of streets, power supply and communication represent dangers and therefore increase the cost of doing enterprise in India. The cause being is that our logistic and circulation system are very strongly reliant on good infrastructure contemplating that India is a gigantic homeland in periods of land.

However, regardless of the dangers, advantages and costs, it can be resolved that India is a good location for worldwide business with a large-scale population and expanding middle and affluent classes.

Political-legal

Despite the on-going anxieties over its conflict with Pakistan in Kashmir, India has become a popular destination for outsourcing services from both the West and the East. While liberalisation is happening in numerous parts, the government promises to extend its financial reforms through the aid of legislation.

India, a amalgamation of states, is a Sovereign, Secular, and popular Republic with a Parliamentary scheme of Government. The Indian polity is ruled in terms of the Constitution, which was adopted by the Constituent Assembly in 1949 and came into force in 1950 (Embassy of India, 2005). Theoretically talking, having a popular Republic pattern of government is good for enterprise as it supports free economy.

Based on the information above, it would emerge that the political and lawful scheme is somehow complicated. Secular form of government is good. Yet, there seems to be divided. There is no cohesion in the society. Like for demonstration, the caste scheme still exists. Consistency may become a large-scale issue because in this form of system where there is so much partition founded on belief, political affiliation, need of consistency may discourage business. Other difficulties with the present scheme are corruption and corporate governance where there is so much bureaucracy. Therefore boost the cost of doing business in India.

However, the government is making huge reforms in alignment to maintain its financial profits in the last decades.
