This business plan intends to present a comprehensive financial business plan for a fragrances shop, named Seven Scents. The company by the name of seven scents currently exist in the UK. The business owner now plans to expand business internationally, in Sydney. For this purpose, an inclusive business plan is required, which addresses financial and other needs of the company. The vision statement of the company states that the company takes into account an innovative strategy to fragrance. The company holds a team of fresh-minded and fresh graduates who would be provided thrilling prospect to develop the business around the approach the company desires to operate it. People at Seven would make it a successful and thriving fragrance shop in Sydney. They would be working on the strategy of design, create and live. The company believes in a number of core values, which include be curious, be open, be daring, be imaginative, be proud, be happy, and be positive. Individuals that come under the ownership of the company include a country manager or head of the company who owns the company and the shop. It also include four department managers of different units i.e. logistics and inventory, marketing and sales, finance and accounting, and operations and production department. These four managers mainly focus of four fundamental and important factors that include productivity, growth, technology, and mentorship.

Seven scents offers medium sized and small sized business access to retailers and wholesalers, who further sale out the finish or final product (perfume and other beauty products) to the customers and big utility stores. The small business will be initiated to boost operating funds by computerizing accounts receivable for more well-timed payment, and permitting to accept paper checks with assurance.

Seven scents is a team of 22 business entrepreneurs. Each employee is expert in his or her own field. Initially, the company will hire two people in sales and marketing department, three people in accounting and finance, five people in logistics and inventory, and three people in operations and production department.

Seven scents offer a list of products to customers. Its main product is perfume; however, perfume is further sub-divided into three categories i.e. for personal care, for laundry and household, and for baby care. The company will function as supplier to retailers and wholesalers. It will be planning, designing, producing, and packaging fragrances and perfumes for a number of big stores, supermarkets, and retailers.

Seven scents emphasizes on individuals customer, as well. However, for individual customers, a policy of purchase will be designed as sale of one perfume a compared to sale of perfumes provide the company a big revenue.
