Initiating a business of hospital is mainly based on vast research and planning, and huge capital and funds. The hospital would be constructed at the location away from core city and near highways or main roads, where it could be easily accessible by large population who are frightened to travel by road due to city law and order situations. The reason why Tripoli is chosen as a result of strategic analysis is its current situation and increasing rate of emergencies due to disturbed law and order conditions particularly the on going civil wars. The organization has highlighted that Libya has been going through great shortages in terms of medical staff and essential medical supplies such as equipment and medicine mainly due to fleet of international medical staff working in the country in past and sanctions imposed by government.
