The proposed project consists in establishing a Health clinic and day care centre for children in Florida Unites States. The project will include a complete health clinic and day care center, managed by professionals, quality doctors to provide all the necessary benefits for children and parents in terms of security, health clinic and day time entertainment. It will target all Florida's children, as it will be a unique Health clinic and daycare center in the region. The initial investment is estimated at $11,660, which includes equipment, furniture and working capital needs. The owners will rent the premises with a projected area of 400 square meters. The main assumptions are based on current market levels and rental rates of $300 per month for the center. The main assumptions consider conservative number of kids enrolling at the daycare center.
