According to Pollard creating a business plan ensures the owners and teams are accountable for the actions, it makes implementing a business far more easily than relying on the mind (2006). According to Jamail (2010) business plans are considered to be the game plan and also helps understand the course of action required to bring that business to life, failure to create a plan is indeed a plan meant to fail. This paper focuses on creating a tangible business plan for its potential audience, the customers and stakeholders. The business that I have chosen for this paper is starting a traditional Mexican Restaurant in England.

Background of business
I have always thoroughly enjoyed Mexican food and for as long as my memory goes my mother has always been an exceptional Mexican cook. Based on my love for food I plan on starting my own Mexican Restaurant, I have spent ample amount of time with my mom learning about Mexican food and strongly believe London could do with a new traditional Mexican Restaurant with a lot of authentic Mexican dishes. According to Kudra (2012) Mexican food is becoming an international success base on its unique taste and aroma, apart from this Mexican food is extremely healthy. The name of my restaurant will be impresionante which is Spanish for awesome.
Mission:
According to Berry (2009) creating a mission statement is one of the preliminaries in starting a business and much consideration should be given on properly representing the core business through the mission statement.
The mission statement for my restaurant is to sell the most outstanding food and drinks, the food being provided will be of the highest standard of quality. To provide our customers with impeccable services by following the highest degree of hospitality and warmth in our work, through our food. The goals and objectives as a restaurant owner are tied to our mission, which can be achieved by superior service and quality food.
Product and Service
My restaurant will serve only traditional Mexican food there will also be a bar in my restaurant for people who want to drink, my main aim is to create a restaurant that would remind every Mexican about their homeland, with a pure rustic environment and Mexican music. Our product is Mexican food in a Mexican environment, with most preferable Mexican speaking servers in order to just make the customers feel like they are home in Mexico. According to Annand (2012) if properly implemented a restaurant can lead to terrific success.
Location
