My work is based on suggestive information regarding the changes that the organization needs to adapt in order to structure a more effective system for the training of new employees. I am especially pleased that I have had the opportunity to give my personal feedback to the training I received through this organization. I hold out great hope that you will look into the issues I have discussed below. I am deeply aware of the concerns shared by my coworkers. Now after observing what difference an effective training makes, when they provide appropriate quality and relevant learning tools and experience, I understand these concerns so well that I am convinced to share these concerns with you. I have been working all day long on this paper just to bring into your consideration that there are certain fallbacks I have experienced in the training process, I have gone through. The trainer could not select the appropriate training procedure for me that lead me to a disappointment. I have supported my suggestions with literature reviews and imperative research material. I was being trained through buddy system training method which lacked plenty of key elements, because of which I think I could not give my best shot up to my expectations. This paper will outline the advantages and disadvantages of buddy system training method and what sort of training can be implemented in future for better understanding of employees. This will hopefully help you to identify the systematic barriers the current training method has been building between the trainer and the trainee.

The aim to prepare this report is too collect and analyzes the training needs within our organization. A pivotal aspect of this desire was the goal of stronger communication, cooperation and collaboration between the employer and employee. Ironically, training enables staff to work smartly with more efficiency and productivity at work.
It discusses in detail how an organization can provide adequate training with available budget. This is the most crucial decision taken by human resource manager. The most crucial point of my discussion place light over the isolated training needs that prevents trainers to add valuable changes in the performance of each employee.

Critical analysis on the scope of training
An efficient training leads to increased job satisfaction, increased skills, high motivation level, high morale, capacity to adopt new technologies and methods and enhanced innovation capability for the newly hired employee and also for the existing workers. Training is the core activity designed by the human resource management to increase the productivity of the new employees. The function of this training dose not ends with the increased productivity of the employee but it also essential to encourage and inspire employees by giving them detailed instructions about their job and guide them on how to perform at work efficiently. It completely changes peoples' behavior (Colarelli & Montei, 1996; Becker, 1993).
