This case is about a sale and purchase transaction between an owner of a dwelling house and two elderly women willing to buy that house as investment. In this case we explore the aftereffects which can be caused when a legal transaction is done without due consideration of the legal perspective and laws. We will be observing the misrepresentation of the seller and the casual behavior and lack of guidance to the two elderly women who have brought the property. The role played by consultants in increasing the problem of the purchaser is also highlighted. The role played by the local administration department and the politics involved in the departments has been reviewed in this case. The effect of a standalone transaction on the people living in the areas is evaluated and their possible effect on our decisions and the outcomes of our results is also highlighted. We will also look into the political aspect of the law and how favoring one results in the protests and resistance from others. We will be looking at some political maneuvers people make in getting their demand accepted and to decisions taken to reduce the resistance.

Sid slippery decided to utilize his idle asset and put it up for sale which was located at Copley Park in the Borough of Comedy. Sid took a decision to leave out professional help from an estate agent and went ahead with its own marketing campaign without considering the consequences. He placed the “For Sale” advertisement in the local press and installed a high mounted “For Sale” sign on the property. He bragged about the features and facilities of the dwelling. He stated in the press that on street parking is available for the residents and you only have to show the permit. He proclaimed that Home Information Pack (HIP) was available despite knowing that he has not spent any of the 600 GBP plus VAT needed for the purpose as he recently spent money on Arsenal season tickets. He forged the document of Home Information Pack by using the photocopy of his neighbor's Home Information Pack document. He knowingly lied about the locality of the area and described the area in the news paper as a quiet residential area. He very well knew the reality of the area as he was a co-owner in a high class brothel near by the property. After six weeks of publication of the advertisement in the local press, the authorities granted the street parking for all residents but limited the maximum stay to two hours.
