Buyers deserve goods of satisfactory quality, taking account of any description, the price and other applicable circumstances. If any product has an obvious fault that is present at the time of sale (sometimes mentioned to in this guidance as a "latent" or "inherent" fault), the consumer can complain when it is discovered.
