Introduction

A valid contract supports to prevent a person from the inconvenient behaviour of the enforcement powers. The statement reveals that it is upon the shoulders of person who wants the inconvenience. In the result, the person or state starts complying the terms of the agreement as per mention in the contract. For that reason, it would not be wrong to say that the enforcement powers are basically the most important reasons that compel the parties go as per the performance of the agreement signed by the contracts. But the question arises here that what are the features of a valid contract?

The contract is associated as an agreement and conformity that is made between, sometime two parties and sometime more than two parties. This agreement is enforceable through law. It is important to characterize the agreement to the enforcement otherwise no party is demanded to respect the contract.

A valid contract is an extraordinary reasonable preparation. It induces the parties, among those the contract has been signed, to carry out the contract as per its accurate terms they have agreed upon the terms in order to continue their particular tasks for they are to go together. In this way, both parties perform it considerably and on the other hand, underneath the conditions, justice is done between the parties.

Overview of the Valid Contract

For the valid contract, it is necessary to be made its specific performance that are usually known as terms or conditions that are resumed at the time of signing the contract. This is a good way to prevent the controversy in both parties. On the other hand, all the terms must be clear and definite for both parties. The significance of the clear and definite terms can be seen in the expectation of the justice that can never be gained in order to put it into effect. It does not deal with an invalid contract nor does it deal with the contract that is vogue to describe its term and conditions. In this case, justice is not able to conclude precisely what it should do to finalize the particular performance to each party. (Carey 2013)

As a matter of fact, the most important advantage of the valid contract is that it has the support of the enforcement power. In case, if the defendant declines to comply with the order of court that is brought by the enforcement power, the defendant can be claimed of a criminal condescension. Thus, he may be led to be imprisoned. In this way, he is associated with the civil disrespect for disobeying the order. As a result, he is incarcerated. When he starts obeying the order and complies with the agreement, he gets release to the incarceration otherwise not. It is usually said, in the situation, “he has the keys to freedom in her pocket”.
