If the employee is not been able to perform her tasks and has failed to learn Computer Skills, even after rigorous trainings than it is a big issue. The employee is creating problematic situation for the company as she assumes that she is a genius and she knows everything. However, this is not the case and it is big concern on the part of employee's behavior. The company can give her last warning to her about the issue and must make her realize about the problem. The company could offer training to the employee again and give her a deadline, if she is unable to complete her tasks on time, she may have to face separation from the company.

It is a major action, but if she is not willing to learn from her mistakes even after training and is not acknowledging her mistakes than the company can not suffer from such behavior. The company has to suffer loses as productivity declines and the company is bearing her salary expense.

If the employee is not performing according to expectations, it also has a demoralizing effect on his peers, requires much of your time and affects the profitability and efficiency of the team (Kershaw, David, 2009). For my part, if we take into account lost productivity and time that all stakeholders must devote to the case, I believe that the incompetent employee costs up to three times their salary. It is therefore important to resolve the problem quickly. Moreover, experience has shown that the incompetent employee is often aware of their condition and they suffer as much as those around them. They feel the disapproval of their colleagues and the pressure to conform to expectations.

The employer is obliged to allow the employee to properly perform his or her work. For this, it must provide the tools, guidelines and the work area. It must also adequately supervise him in his work initially. But, if it still does not work than a serious action must be taken.

The employer must consider the following criteria to administrative dismissal for incompetence that is maintained:

a) The employee must know the expectations of the employer.

b) Performance must be significantly unsatisfactory compared to other employees.

c) He or she must have been informed that his performance is unsatisfactory.

d) They must be warned of the consequences of a lack of improvement on the employment relationship.

e) The employer's decision must be made in good faith.

Behavioral Issues

If the employee is misbehaving and is not complying to the rules and policies of the company, than he must be given orientation of such policies and rules again. She must be reminded that she has to follow company's rules and regulation to survive in the company. Late sittings, and complying to the orders given by supervisor is part of company policy. It must adhere to the rules and principles laid down by the company.
