The main purpose of this paper is to make a discussion on the articles of “Ethical Perspectives and Business Ethics” of two countries. The countries chosen in this paper are United States and United Kingdom.

Article 1:
This article is about the ethical perspectives and business ethics practices in United States of America. According to this article business ethics is said to be behavior that a business adopts in its daily business dealings with the world (Messick, 2006). The ethical practices in different countries and businesses can be diverse. The application of business ethics is not only limited to its dealings and interactions with the world but also with its each and every customer. Business ethics has affected the reputation of many businesses in USA. The reason is that many businesses in USA had the belief that business ethics is only limited to limited to making money. As these businesses did not adopt any ethical practices, therefore, their reputation got down. After this U.S. felt a great need of adopting the ethical business practices (Robin, 2000). They believed that every business should adopt strong business ethics. In order to apply ethical business practices there are many factors, which could be applied. In case, a company is involved in businesses with other companies then its many acts can be considered as unethical. Therefore, U.S. felt a great need to practice the ethical behaviors.

This article is about the ethical perspectives and business ethics practices in Russia. The word "ethics" (Greek ethika, from ethos - a custom, character, and character) is mainly used in two senses. On the one hand, ethics is an area of knowledge, the scientific discipline that studies morality, their origin, dynamics, factors and changes. On the other hand, the term ethics refers to itself set of moral rules in a particular sphere of human behavior or the organization. The designation of special areas of knowledge, the term was first used by Aristotle (Reidenbach, 2008).
In Russia, the socialist period, strictly speaking, the ethics of business in general, we could not go because the business - a business activity that is 'Case, employment is a "source of profit' (Soviet Encyclopedic Dictionary, 1987, p.138). Doing business is prosecuted and punished, including the death penalty.
If business ethics in Russia before the Revolution was based on ethics of Orthodox Christianity, the basis of ethics of socialism, of course, served as Marxist ethics. Explaining the relative independence of morality as a form of social consciousness, she claimed the class character of moral requirements and standards (Ralston, 2007). Hence, in the public employment relations have always prevailed over personal, discipline - on the initiative, etc.
