Introduction

This paper intends to create a spiritual and an ethical perspective advice Benji; who intends to join New Gen Health Sciences to pursue his career. Benji has recently graduated from Liberty University MBA program with flying colors; therefore he is quite aware of all the ethical standards and practices required to be implement within the businesses. This particular paper will revolve around exploring different perspectives as to whether Benji should sign the contract or not with various underlying reasons. The important concepts of corporate culture, honesty, integrity, business ethics and others will be explored to advice Benji with the most accurate decision.

Discussion

In regards with the case of Benji; after reading the case and analyzing its important factors; I believe that Benji must not sign the contract. There are various underlying reasons for my proposal or advice to Benji. Starting with the corporate culture; I found the culture of New Gen Health Sciences to be open to corrupt practices at core. Selling businesses in order to make profit does not sound bad; however, the blames gripe site made over the company are worth considering. These aspects reveal the basic values and pattern of conducting businesses from the part of New Gen Health Services which are undoubtedly against the business ethics (Ferrell et al 2012). Business ethics depicts the moral principles of different companies for the purpose of using the most ethical practices in daily operations. Business ethics must be implemented within the businesses from the lowest level to the top most level. The business functions would work more appropriately if the employees realize that any unethical gesture or conduct of business would result in damaging consequences (Vincent et al 2011).
