Business Case for Diversity

Introduction

This business case is related to the diversity and the perverse practice of the matching employees to the customers. It has been considered by the organization that customers and employees should be of the same level, as it will lead to the increase productivity and profitability. Organizations go for the discrimination when they have to deal with the external factors like legal and moral factors.

Discussion

Workplace discrimination has been a major concern by the majority of the organizations. In order to prevent the rights of the customer, civil right act was passed in the year 1964. After the passing of this law, the equal rights were provided to the employment opportunity. This opportunity was regardless of race and colour and other discriminations like on the basis of sex and national origin etc.
