Technology has diversified the business in many forms like internal system that unites the marketing, finance, human resource and many other business units that has increased the production output of the overall business and also tracks order (Borgmann, 2006).

Technology is an integral part of the business; most organization has an e-mail and computer access to the Internet and websites. However, many non profit leaders are often overlooked and underutilized technologies within their organizations. Strong IT-based analysis and trading tools to allow financial analysts predict stock market trends and a direct link to participate in electronic transactions (Sheffrin, 2003).
