However, still the company has not been managed to completely reconcile in the international market (Webb, S. 2011). The business strategy of the company is intelligent, as it deals in both raw and processed products of meat that provide convenience to the customers. The company has strong distribution channel, and also has better image in the minds of inhabitants. But there are few loop holes, which are need to be catered to further enhance the perception of the organization. The involvement of international players in the local market has seriously threatened the market share of Kepak.

Conclusion

The paper has critically made me understand the strategies of management and business in the professional market. This case study of Kepak has helped in understanding the actual marketing practices, and the application of various theories that has further elucidated my concepts. This research has revealed that how Kepak is operating and competing within the national and international market, with extensive pressure of competitors, economics and financial factors.
